Chi Gong - for health and vitality into spring - new course
Starts Thursday 16th April 2015, 7.45-9.15pm.
Chi gong uses gentle movement, breath and intention to restore vital energy, improve joint mobility, ease tension, calm the mind, build strength, and regain balance. These classes focus on the Eight Silk Brocade form, integrating some Five Phase work, Tai Chi and Daoist breath meditation, at introductory level. 6 week series: £45
