Growing Cut Flowers in the City

Growing Cut Flowers in the City 6th September 6.30–8.30

This workshop is an introduction to growing cut flowers.

We will look at planning the growing area, what to grow, how to have flowers throughout the year and ideas for arrangements.                           £35

Hilary Squire grows and arranges flowers from her East Oxford garden. She has developed all of her small city garden into a cutting garden. Her aim is to work as ethically as possible by growing organically, recycling pots and vases and using minimal packaging.
